My fit family–three generations of Ladies Fitness!

It’s not often that I write personal adventures on my blog, but today is different.  Today I am at a standstill, looking down the road at many, many possible adventures ahead of me, and unsure of which path to follow.

I’ve recently resigned from my close to 8-year position as Wellness Coordinator at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.  I am so grateful for all I have learned and experienced there!  However, managing the Wellness department and being part of Leadership left me with almost no time to do what I love to do–take good care of my awesome family and encourage and inspire people to Get Fit For Life!

I have obvious passions for Corporate Wellness, Professional Speaking, home and office Gym Design,  health and fitness Writing, community and state-wide Health Campaigns, one-on-one Fitness Consultations, Teaching and Personal Training.  How do you focus on just one of these amazing areas?
